Chinyere is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner that joined GPWC in February 2019. She started her career in healthcare by working as Certified Nurse Assistant in the hospital, Long-term care and Hospice settings. While working as a Patient Care Technician, she deemed it necessary to advance her career as a Registered Nurse. In 2011, She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Brenau University, Gainesville Georgia. She has worked at both Northside and Gwinnett Hospital systems. She has experience as a Registered nurse working in Orthopedic, Cardiovascular, General surgery, Medical oncology and dialysis care units.
In 2014, because of the passion she has taking care of her patients, she decided to advance her Career to better serve the Community. She accomplished this by furthering her education as a Family Nurse Practitioner at South University Savannah Georgia. Where she graduated with Cum Laude in 2017. As a Nurse practitioner, she has experience working as a nephrology Nurse Practitioner. She believes in quality care and has provided high quality care to her patients.
Chinyere practices in a way that revolves around patient centered care, evidence- based treatment and best decision making to develop appropriate treatment plans for her patients. She is a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her goal is to help her patients feel better, become more functional and put smile on their faces.
